G.A.I.N. is pleased to have negotiated a special arrangement for all of its aviation insurance policy holders with Holman Fenwick & Willan ("HFW") who are a City of London Law firm with a specific focus on aviation operators.

Under this arrangement, HFW can provide a named assured with a free assessment in relation to any legal problem with up to 5 hours free time subject to HFW's right to charge for any time spent in excess of 5 hours and for all work undertaken following the initial appraisal. HFW can of course only advise on matters of English law.

HFW will provide their services at highly competitive rates which will be agreed upon on an individual basis subject to the policy holder's needs and demands.

A qualified lawyer and specialist in the subject matter will check that there are no conflicts in handling the matter and then provide their assessment outlining the options open to you.
